Tuition Policy for 2024-2025

SCS is excited about the opportunity to partner with you in the education of your child. Southcrest depends on your support in our efforts to provide the highest quality education for your child and remain committed to our mission.

Southcrest’s goal is to provide students with quality teachers and staff. We are thankful for the commitment and service Southcrest teachers provide to SCS students. Southcrest strives to keep expenses and tuition down. SCS takes tuition rates seriously and considers the impact it has on families.

Southcrest Christian School requires all families to sign an annual fee and tuition agreement.

  • Families with two children enrolled at SCS will receive 5% off the youngest child’s tuition. Families with three or more children enrolled at SCS will receive a 8% discount on the third child, and 10% on the 4th and subsequent children.
  • There is a 10% discount for active military members and veterans.

Fees

  • Application Fee: $100 (One time non-refundable)
  • Enrollment Commitment: $500 (Annual fee, non-refundable)
  • Technology Fee: Faculty and staff computers, classroom projectors, 

Chromebooks, software licensing                         

  • MAPS/High School Testing: MAPS testing 3 times per school year and PACT
  • Security Fee: Badge system, on-site security, etc.
  • Late Fee: A late fee ($50) will be assessed for accounts not paid on 

date selected for tuition payment.                 

    • NSF Fee: A $30 fee will be assessed for all insufficient fund/returned checks/ACH Payments
    • Athletic Fees: Varies by sport (6th-12th).  
  • Integrated Practice Protocol (IPP Lab): $75 per month for students enrolled in the IPP lab.
  • Mini IPP Lab: $25 per month for students enrolled in the IPP lab.
  • Miscellaneous Fees: There are additional fees when applicable during the school year
    • Field trips
    • Student clubs
    • Additional materials for specialized classes
    • School pictures
    • Yearbook
All fees and tuition paid to Southcrest Christian School are NON-REFUNDABLE.

FACTS Tuition Payment

All tuition and fees are paid through FACTS. FACTS is a tuition management company used by Southcrest to allow families various payment options. Your enrollment is not completed until your FACTS application is completed.

Southcrest Christian Tuition and Fees Policy

    1. The total annual tuition and fees are paid out over a 12 month payment plan, by the semester or before school yearly. Monthly payment plans begin in June and go through May. Payments are made through FACTS. (factsmgt.com)
    2. Tuition accounts are due each month on the day you select and are deemed delinquent after the designated date selected in your payment plan. A $50 late fee is charged to all accounts not paid by the due date.
    3. Tuition accounts must be kept current. Students whose accounts remain delinquent may be suspended from the classroom, according to the Annual Tuition & Fee Agreement. 
    4. A family choosing to withdraw from Southcrest Christian School between June 1, 2024 and July 31, 2024 may do so. The family will not be responsible for further tuition payments. However, the tuition payments made in June and July are not refundable.
  • A family choosing to withdraw from Southcrest Christian School on or after August 1, 2024 is responsible for the first semester’s tuition and fees for each student withdrawing. The balance is due, in full within thirty (30) days of the student’s withdrawal. 
  • A family choosing to withdraw at semester break will be responsible for any remaining school fees due. If withdrawal forms are received by December 31, tuition for the second semester will be adjusted. If your student is enrolled on January 1, you will be responsible for full tuition and fees for the second semester.
  1. Southcrest Christian School does not offer refunds on any fees or tuition paid to Southcrest Christian School.
